Take 15-30 minutes after meals.

A single dose for adults is 0.5-1 g, for children - 0.25-0.5 g, daily - 1.5-3 g (adults), 0.75-3 g (children). The duration of treatment is from 1 to 4 months, in some cases up to 6 months. After 3 to 6 months may be repeated course of treatment.

Children. Mental deficiency - 0.5 g 4-6 times a day, every day for 3 months. Delayed speech development - 0.5 g 3-4 times a day for 2-3 months.

Neuroleptic syndrome (as a corrector of side effects of neuroleptic drugs). Adults - 0.5-1 g 3 times a day, children - 0.25-0.5 g 3-4 times a day. Duration of treatment course is 1-3 months.

Epilepsy. Children - 0.25-0.5 g 3-4 times a day; adults - 0.5-1 g 3-4 times a day for a long time (up to 6 months).

Hyperkinesias (tics). Children - 0.25-0.5 g 3-6 times daily for 1-4 months; adults - 1.5-3 g daily for 1-5 months.

Urinary disorders. Adults - 0.5-1 g 2-3 times a day (daily dose - 2-3 g); children - 0.25-0.5 g (daily dose - 25-50 mg/kg). Duration of treatment course - from 2 weeks to 3 months (depends on the severity of disorders and therapeutic effect).

Consequences of neuroinfections and craniocerebral injuries. 0.25 g 3-4 times a day.

To restore performance under increased stress and asthenic conditions. 0.25 g 3 times a day.

This dosage form is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
