Indications:

Vasalamin is indicated in many diseases and conditions associated with damage to the inner wall of blood vessels, such as

• Coronary heart disease, a disease of the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle, which decompensates and can cause myocardial infarction
• Brain vascular disease, which in an unfavourable course may end in a stroke.

It allows our body to synthesise proteins, protects tissues from toxic substances, regulates the blood-clotting mechanism and controls the dilation and constriction of blood vessels. The work of the endothelium is critical for the normal functioning of all human tissues and organs. And damage to the endothelium leads to dysfunction and the development of various severe cardiovascular diseases.

How does Vasalamin work?

Vasalamine is a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins derived from bovine vessels, which are identical in cellular protein composition in all mammals. Like all cytamines, through the mechanism of transcytosis, Vasalamine acts specifically on the endothelial cells of the inner lining of blood vessels.

The cell membrane flexes, encapsulates the complex in a vesicle-vacuole and transfers it to the opposite cell wall, the cell then secretes it into the extracellular medium, and the process repeats until the protein is in its unchanged form in the target organ.

Once it reaches the endothelial cells, Vasalamine provides them with an optimum protein 'diet', allowing the cells to regenerate faster and normalise their functions.

Directions for use:

Vasalamin recommended to take 10-15 minutes before a meal for 10-15 days. The course is repeated in 3-6 months. Vasalamin has no contraindications and can be used alone or as part of a complex therapy.

What to use with?

In the case of CHD and hypertension, Koramine, a citamin aimed at improving myocardial cell function, is recommended together with Vasalamin.

Atherosclerosis of cerebral vessels, often leads to impaired cognitive function of the brain, impaired memory, attention and performance. In combination with the citamin Cerebramine, it normalises brain activity, restores function and stabilises the bioelectrical activity of the brain.
