Clinical trials of Pankramin were conducted in 125 patients with chronic pancreatitis and latent form of type 1 diabetes.

During a course of treatment with Pankramin in patients with chronic pancreatitis the appetite increased, the frequency of dyspeptic disorders decreased, the general well-being improved. An increase in the activity of pancreatic enzymes (trypsin and amylase) was observed, which corresponded to positive clinical dynamics.

In patients with latent form of diabetes Pankramin was used under the control of glucose tolerance test, and it was found that during Pankramin administration there was a gradual decrease in blood glucose level with its subsequent normalization.

Directions for use:
